Our cheese masters have demonstrated their skills to elaborate Manchego Cheese in España Directo TVE program issued on 31 January.

Las Terceras has participated, along with Calambu Experience, in a report about Villanueva de los Infantes, its gastronomic delights and the process of artisanal elaboration of an authentic “Desayuno Molinero”, a typical breakfast in the area that consists if the bread, olive oil and Manchego cheese. The journalist accompanies our artisans in all phases of the elaboration of an authentic Manchego cheese in Las Terceras, from the rennet to the process of salting the cheese and its maturing process.
