Pomegranate, canons and Las Terceras P.D.O. semicured manchego cheese

INGREDIENTS

• Las Terceras P.D.O. semicured manchego cheese
• Canons
• Pomegranate
• Olice oil, Vinegar and spices

PREPARATION

Cut cheese into five wedges. Place in a plate in star-shaped (with ends out). Place the lettuce in the center and add pomegranate above. Dress to taste.
