Las Terceras launches the Reserve cheese P.D.O at Alimentaria 2016
Las Terceras cheeses will attend for the first time at the Internacional Food and Drinks Exhibition, Alimentaria, which takes place from 25th to 28th April in Barcelona. Alimentaria is a global business center unmissable for all food professionals and celebrates this year its fortieth anniversary.
For Las Terceras is a great opportunity to be part of this international event where nearly 4,000 companies from over 60 countries participate, and more than 140,000 industry professionals attend each edition. For four days visitors will be able to visit Las Terceras stand, located in the Interlact hall, and also make a tasting of its gourmet cheeses.
In addition, Alimentaria is the perfect occasion to launches Las Terceras Reserve Manchego cheese P.D.O. made with raw milk. A new product from our cheese farm that has a genuine and powerful taste as a result of a careful production process and its more than twelve months of healing.
