World Cheese Awards 2023

The World Cheese Awards 2023 were held in the Norwegian town of Trondheim; the most international event in the world of cheese.

4,000 cheeses from 40 countries participated in this event where the best cheeses in the world are awarded in each of their specialities. Four cheeses made on the Las Terceras estate have won awards.

Silver medal for the artisan cured Manchego cheese DOP in the category of Manchego cheese with protected designation of origin.

Silver medal for the PDO cured Manchego cheese in the category of hard sheep's milk cheese.

Silver medal for artisan semi-cured Manchego cheese PDO in the category of semi-hard sheep's milk cheese.

Silver medal for El Becerril soft cheese in the category of soft sheep's milk cheese.

At Las Terceras we continue to work with enthusiasm to ensure that our cheeses are among the most highly valued cheeses in the world. Thanks to the World Cheese Awards for these and for all the awards we have received in previous competitions.
