This week Las Terceras has been in Barcelona to launch its products at the International food and drinks exhibition Alimentaria, that ends today. It has been four days in direct contact with the sector in which a lot of visitors have come to the Las Terceras stand showing great interest in the quality of its artisan cheeses.
Alimentaria has the best international food supply and brings together professionals from around the world, so it has made the best showcase for Las Terceras to be known. Moreover Las Terceras has used this important event to launch their new exclusive Reserve Manchego cheese --made with raw milk using traditional methods and matured over 12 months-- that has been a big hit among attendees.
As if that were not enough, two of Las Terceras cheeses hava participated in the gastronomic exhibition “Spain, Land of 100 cheeses”, one of the most popular activities at Alimentaria. The theme this year was only cheeses made in Spanish dairies microenterprises. Its participation in this exhibition has helped to consolidate the image of Las Terceras in the gourmet Artisan Products sector.
