DESCRIPTION

Its natural rind has a slight yellow color and strong consistency. In mouth its texture is firm but not dry. Intense aroma and deep flavor with a slight acidity with a complex aftertaste at the end.

It has a distinctive creamy flavor of sheep's raw milk that lingers pleasantly on the palate. Consistent, intense flavor, very elegant, and with a slight acid touch at the end that makes it unforgettable. The palate is firm and is a treat for all cheese lovers.
