Blind tasting of PDO artisan Manchego cheese at Las Terceras.
We end the month of June with a blind tasting of PDO artisan Manchego cured cheese with the intention of assessing our cheeses compared to our competitors. With this tasting we intend to analyze the organoleptic qualities of our cheese and its competitors.
We analyze 6 different Manchego cheeses comparing their external appearance, aroma, texture, flavor and other aspects such as persistence and aftertaste in the mouth.
Several members of Las Terceras participated in the tasting, such as our cheese masters and one of the greatest Manchego cheese experts, Dr. Mario Román Esteban, to enlighten us on the analysis of the different cheeses.
