Christmas crown of broccoli and Manchego cheese

To make this beautiful centerpiece we need a crown to engage food (a braided wood crown for example); broccoli, Las Terceras P.D.O. hard-cured manchego cheese, a carrot, currants, silver edible spray and a star-shaped mold. First of all we clean the currants and the broccoli, and we hooked them around the whole circle. We make the cheese stars with the mold, cut the carrot into thin strips and add them patiently to the crown. When the wood is completely covered, we spray it a little over to give a more festive touch.
