Bruschetta of Manchego cheese and anchovies
INGREDIENTS
- Las Terceras Semi-cured Manchego cheese P.D.O.
- Bread
- Chives
- Piquillo peppers
- Anchovies
- Tomato
PREPARATION

We cut the bread into slices and spread it with natural tomato. We add piquillo peppers cut into thin strips and the anchovies. Next, we cut Las Terceras semi-cured Manchego Cheese P.D.O. into thin slices and we add it to the bread vertically. Finally, we add a few sprigs of chive to each slice and serve.
