Strech the dough leaving it to hang over the edge. Cover with grated semicured Las Terceras manchego cheese P.D.O., halved cherry tomatoes. Brush the edge with beaten egg and sprinkle with aromatic herbs over the top to suit. Preheat the oven to 180º and bake during 15 or 20 minutes.
