Depending on different circumstances such as the weather or the destination of the shipment, we work with different courier services.

What is your online return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will request a pickup and you will receive another item free of charge. For this, the precondition is: on the one hand, that you communicate the batch number of the product, and on the other, that you send us photographs of the state of the product and the label. Once returned you are entitled to receive an exchange or refund.
How do I return a product?
Just write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (+34) 926 090 926. We will need images of the product status, the label and the batch number. We will request a product collection free of charge and we will proceed to resend it.
Who pays for the return transportation?
Return transportation is free on returned orders.
Can you confirm that you have received my return?
You will be notified by email or phone once the return process is complete.
